Because you deserve to know the number before we start. What's in your quote is what you pay — if the work runs longer than we planned, that's our problem, not your invoice. Hourly billing applies only outside the packages: ongoing maintenance and later extensions, at a flat € 99 per hour for every kind of work. No separate rate for design, development, or meetings.

Two things: written copy (if you have nothing existing for us to work from) and professional photography. We don't leave you stranded on either — we draft copy with AI-assisted workflows, and we can put you in touch with photographers from our network. Payment functionality for online shops and complex booking systems also sits outside the packages; those vary so much from project to project that we quote them separately.

Two installments as standard: 50 % when you accept the quote, 50 % when the site goes live. Projects from € 6,000 upwards split into three — 40 % / 30 % / 30 %. You get a proper invoice with every legally required detail on it. We fall under the German small-business rule (§ 19 UStG), so no VAT is added: the fixed price you agreed to is the total you pay. No upfront-payment tricks, no subscription quietly renewing in the background.

We don't hand over the keys and disappear. Hosting and maintenance start at € 25 a month and include updates and security patches. Small changes — a new team member, updated opening hours, a seasonal banner — are usually done inside half an hour. You message us directly; there's no ticket system and no queue to wait in.

Business Relaunch and Performance Setup both come with two design proposals and two rounds of revisions, and we don't touch the technical build until the design is right for you. Practice Starter works from a hand-picked template with one round of adjustments — that's the trade-off that keeps its price where it is.

Yes — that's how we build them. Everything is modular, so an extra landing page, a blog, a booking form or an online shop can be added at any time without rebuilding the whole site. Extensions are billed by actual time, or as a small fixed-price module, whichever suits the job.
