Build the studio with us

Droubi Studios is a small, sharp team making German-level design affordable for businesses everywhere. We hire people who care about the last 5% — the detail nobody asked for but everybody feels.

Remote-first

Work from anywhere. We care about the output, not the chair you sit in.

Flexible hours

Real ownership

Small team, big surface. Your work ships to real clients within weeks, not quarters.

Paid learning

A yearly budget for courses, tools and licences that make you better at the craft.

Open positions

Every application is read by a human. We reply within 7 days — yes, even if it's a no.

Senior UI Designer — Digital Products & Brand Systems

  • DepartmentDesign Studio
  • Employment typeFull-time · Freelance possible
  • LocationRemote (Europe / MENA overlap)
  • ExperienceSenior · 3+ years

About the role

You own how our work looks and feels — from the first wireframe to the pixel that ships. You'll design websites, brand systems and print pieces for restaurants, clinics, hotels and ambitious small businesses, and set the standard the rest of the studio designs to.

What you'll do

  • Design end-to-end website interfaces: wireframes, high-fidelity UI, prototypes and responsive states.
  • Build and maintain reusable design systems — type scales, colour tokens, components — that survive real projects.
  • Turn client briefs into clear visual direction, and present that direction convincingly.
  • Work shoulder to shoulder with development so the built site matches the design exactly.
  • Review the studio's output and raise the bar on craft, accessibility and consistency.

What you bring

  • 3+ years designing digital interfaces, with a portfolio that shows shipped work.
  • Mastery of Figma, including components, variables and auto-layout.
  • A strong grip on typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
  • Mobile-first thinking and a working understanding of what HTML/CSS can and can't do.
  • Comfortable working in English; Arabic is a big plus.

Nice to have

  • Brand identity or print/packaging experience.
  • Motion and micro-interaction design (Rive, After Effects, CSS).
  • Designing right-to-left (Arabic) layouts.
  • Basic front-end skills — HTML, CSS, or Astro/React.

AI Training Specialist — Algorithms & Model Optimization

  • DepartmentAI & Automation
  • Employment typeFull-time · Part-time possible
  • LocationRemote (Europe / MENA overlap)
  • ExperienceMid-level · 2+ years

About the role

You teach our models to do the studio's work well. That means building and curating training datasets, writing and refining prompts and evaluation rubrics, fine-tuning models, and measuring — with numbers, not vibes — whether the output actually got better.

What you'll do

  • Collect, clean, label and version training and evaluation datasets.
  • Design evaluation rubrics and run structured tests to benchmark model quality.
  • Fine-tune and tune prompts for models used in design, copy and client-workflow automation.
  • Track failure cases, diagnose the cause, and close the loop with better data or instructions.
  • Document what works so the whole studio can reuse it — playbooks, prompt libraries, guardrails.

What you bring

  • 2+ years in machine learning, data annotation, AI evaluation or a closely related role.
  • Solid Python and comfort with the modern LLM tooling ecosystem and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, fine-tuning or RLHF-style feedback loops.
  • Genuinely rigorous about measurement — you distrust a result you can't reproduce.
  • Clear written English; Arabic is a big plus for bilingual datasets.

Nice to have

  • Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) or vector databases.
  • Arabic-language NLP or multilingual dataset work.
  • Familiarity with image-generation models and their evaluation.
  • An eye for design — you can tell good output from merely acceptable output.
